Because every order is bespoke, we can't offer a refund. All sales are final.
Parts damaged in shipping can be returned within 30 days to get a replacement. However, the return or exchange of items ordered in error is not permitted.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products to ensure that it complies with our return policy before providing a replacement. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a return based on our product inspection.
When you place an order on the website by selecting a product or service and following the instructions, you are entering into a contract with modeller.
Your credit card issuer, bank or financial institution may charge a fee for your international transaction. We have no control over these fees.
We reserve the right to decline all or part of any order for what ever reason, and should this occur, we will contact you with these details. If we decline your order, we will give you a full refund if we have already taken payment for the products.
We take payment from your card once you have entered your payment details and have clicked the ‘Place order’ button, subject to card authorization.
Your order must be paid in full before we put your order into production.
Although we may give you an estimate for the shipping time when you place your order we make no guarantee as to when your order will ship, we produce each order in the order we receive them, so shipping time can vary depending on the number of orders we have in the production queue.
If an item is missing from your order, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. You will not incur an extra delivery charge.
If any boxes look like they may have been damaged during delivery, please note this on the courier’s paperwork before signing and take photos of the damaged boxes before opening them.
Please open the boxes immediately to check the contents. If you open the boxes to find that the items inside have been damaged in transit, please take photos and let us know about the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once damaged, or incorrect items are received back into our Vancouver shop we will either repair or replace the damaged or incorrect products.

As our products evolve, some details may differ from those shown/described on this website. Whilst we will attempt to produce parts for older components, we cannot guarantee that all components or parts will be available.
Colour and finish may vary slightly depending upon the material.
We strive to deliver the most consistent product but our products are real wood they are not artificial. wood veneer may contain small knots that are part of the natural character of the wood, making each surface unique. Do not subject wood to heat or moisture. wood will darken naturally when first exposed to sunlight; it is therefore advisable to move items on the surfaces during the early months of use. Beware that electrical equipment can become hot in use. For example, put your laptop on a stand or a mat.
Cabinet tops are not intended to be load-bearing. Use a shelf immediately above the cabinet for this purpose. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused to cabinets by overloading.
The modeller system could fail if the Installation instructions on our website are not followed precisely. We are unable to accept liability for systems that are not fixed according to our instructions.
After the initial loading of shelves, and checked periodically thereafter, especially to see if any of the screws is seen to move
We are not able to accept liability for the poor condition of walls, floors or ceilings against which the system is installed. we will be unable to accept any liability for a subsequent failure in your wall or shelving system.
The system must not be used as a ladder and neither can you sit or stand on any part of the system.
We promise that we will operate this website with reasonable skill and care and that we will use our reasonable endeavours to correct any faults of which we are aware.
We do not make any promises about the availability of the website. In particular we disclaim any liability in connection with any technical problems you may experience with the website which may result in interruptions to the website, or any bugs or viruses in the website or the server that makes it available.
We do try to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and complete, but sometimes mistakes occur and we therefore do not accept any liability which may arise as a result of any such errors or incomplete information.
Modeller will not be liable for any damage caused by circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authority, rain, fire, flood, accidents, earthquake(s), strikes or labour shortages, transportation facilities shortages or failures of equipment, or failures of the Internet.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice to you from time to time. Any such amendment shall be effective once the revised terms have been posted on the website.
These conditions are subject to Canadian law. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so in British Columbia, Canada.
For deliveries we will charge you the cost of shipping All orders are dispatched from Canada once your goods have cleared local customs, You may be liable for local import duties, taxes and/or customs fees, which are charged by your government. Within some jurisdictions you may be liable for a payment of tax in lieu of sales tax. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If in doubt, you should contact your local customs office.
You are considered to be the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
